What exactly do I pay commission on?
Only on sales a Flux negotiation closes. If a customer buys at full price without using Flux, that order isn't counted and you pay nothing on it.
Which plan is right for my store?
It depends on how much Flux sells for you each month. As a rough guide, Basic costs least below about $2,000 a month in Flux-closed sales, Growth from about $2,000 to $23,000, and Pro above that. Move the estimator at the top of this page to see your number.
Can I change plan whenever I want?
Yes, any time, from the Plan tab, with no cooldown or minimum term. On Shopify, a downgrade takes effect straight away: Shopify credits you for the unused part of the month, and your new commission rate applies from the next deal closed. On WooCommerce and custom stores, a downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. You keep your current plan until then, aren't charged again, and can cancel the change any time before it happens.
What happens if a customer refunds their order?
The commission on that order is reversed automatically. You only pay on revenue you actually keep.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no contracts and no minimum term. Uninstall Flux whenever you want: commission stops immediately and, on Growth and Pro, you won't be charged another monthly fee. There's no penalty for leaving.
How am I billed?
Shopify merchants are billed through Shopify's built-in billing, so Flux charges appear in your Shopify admin alongside your other app fees. Merchants on WooCommerce and other platforms are billed directly via Stripe. Billing runs monthly, with no manual invoicing.
