Are there any upfront costs or monthly fees?

Flux is free to install, no setup fees and you can choose the right plan for your volume. It has three pricing tiers: Free at $0/month + 5% commission, Growth at $69/month + 1.5% commission, Scale at $199/month + 0% commission and Enterprise custom pricing available upon request. Paid plans include a 14-day trial, and commission only applies to completed Flux-assisted sales.

How do Boosts work for vendors?

Flux turns your regular discounts into Boosts — smart, AI-powered offers your customers actually understand. Instead of generic promotions, Flux translates your discount into instant spending power your shoppers see before they even step inside. With Boosts, you can showcase your offers in real time, reach customers without needing their personal data, and watch how they react live. Flux’s AI simply helps you look after your customers, win new business, and drive more foot traffic — all automatically.

How is monthly negotiated revenue calculated?

It's the total value of sales that Flux closes for you in a calendar month. We only count sales where a Flux negotiation closed the deal. If a customer buys at full price without engaging Flux, that revenue isn't counted.

Why join the waitlist?

Joining the waitlist is free — and it puts you first in line for priority placement, early access to tools, and exclusive perks before our public rollout.

What happens if a customer refunds their order?

If an order is refunded, the commission for that order is automatically reversed. You only pay on revenue you actually keep.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There are no contracts. Uninstall Flux whenever you want and you stop paying commission immediately. There's no penalty for leaving.

How am I billed?

Shopify merchants are billed through Shopify's built-in billing system, with commission charges appearing in your Shopify admin alongside your other app fees. Merchants on other platforms are billed directly via Stripe. Billing runs monthly — no manual invoicing, no chasing.
